HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 593 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the first respondent in impounding the passports of the petitioners in connection with Crime No.84 of 2016 of Police Station RGI Airport, Shamshabad. Since the first respondent herein is the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District, it is open to the petitioners to take appropriate proceedings before the same Court for the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition. Giving such liberty the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
