Learned counsel for the appellants Mr.T.Viswanadha Sastry represents that the subject matter of the appeal has been settled between the parties out of Court and to that effect a compromise was reduced into writing. Therefore, the learned counsel seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal as not pressed. The learned counsel for the respondent is also present and has expressed no objection, since the matter has been amicably settled out of Court.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
