Sri G.Gowtham Krishna, learned counsel representing Sri Suresh Shiv Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to civil remedies available to him in law in relation to the alleged illegalities being committed by the unofficial respondents herein. Leave granted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
