THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.13213 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to relax the condition i.e., "They shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court" imposed on petitioners, by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad vide orders dated : 08-042010 made in Crl.M.P.No.847 of 2010. Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Earlier, by order dated 10-10-2012 in Crl.R.C.No.1920 of 2012, this Court granted permission to petitioners to visit the United States of America, as their daughter was getting married. Accordingly, petitioners went to United State of America on 12-10-2012 and they have returned back on 28-10-2012.

The learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners want to visit the United States of America during the period from 18-12-2015 to 16-01-2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioners are hereby permitted to visit United States of America during the period from 18-12-2015 to

16-01-2016.
