HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22600 of 2016 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 04.04.2016, passed by this Court in WP.No.10107 of 2016 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order setting aside the refusal order dated 05.03.2016. There shall be consequential direction to the Sub-Registrar, Vinukonda to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioners in respect of the subject land without reference to the order dated 15.03.2011 of the High Court of Madras in Contempt Petition No.1205 of 2010. In the event the documents presented are found to fulfill the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Sub-Registrar, Vinukonda shall complete the registration formalities and release the documents in accordance with the due procedure. No order as to costs.
