THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32669 of 2012 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not taking necessary action upon his complaint dated 07.08.2012 by registering a case.

The Station House Officer, Aspari Police Station, Kurnool District, furnished written instructions dated 25.10.2012 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home wherein he stated that as per the station records, the petitioner had not lodged the complaint dated 07.08.2012 with the Station House Officer of the said Police Station.

In the light of the aforestated stand of the police authorities, the petitioner can have no grievance as to any inaction on his complaint. The copy of the complaint filed before this Court does not evidence receipt thereof by the police authorities.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to submit a fresh complaint, if necessary before the police authorities in accordance with law. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
