This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus - declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in taking over the management of petitioner temple "Kallepalli Devuli & Bhangari Temple, now Called as Kallepalli Bangaru Mysammatalli Temple, Kallepalli Village Damarcherla Mandal, Nalgonda District on 19/4/2014 without any notice and on the basis of Notification vide RC No. J3/26640/2003 Dt.

16.9.2003 which was not implemented and no trustee or board of trustees was constituted as per Sec. 15(2) of A.P Chearitable & Hindu Religious Institution and Endowments Act, 1987 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere with the day to day affairs of petitioner temple in the interest of justice."

At the hearing, Mr.Y.Ramatirtha, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.Nos.18532 and 21786 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, are disposed of as infructuous.
