ORDER:

Against order of removal from service dated 11.07.2018, petitioner preferred appeal on 25.08.2018, which was received by the Office of Commissioner for Endowments on 28.08.2018. This writ petition is filed on 04.09.2018, which is less than one week from the date of receipt of appeal. It cannot be said that Commissioner of Endowments is expected to dispose of appeal within a week's time in order to allege negligence in passing orders on appeal preferred.

Thus, this writ petition is premature and is accordingly dismissed, leaving it open to petitioner to work out his remedy if there is delay in disposal of appeal. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
