HCJ & AAR, J W.P.No. 7761 of 2017 Dt: 23-10-2019 Order: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) Both the learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the issue raised in the present writ petition, namely Regulation 22-B and 22 (i) of the APSEB Service Regulations is unconstitutional, was also raised in a batch of writ petitions, namely W.P. Nos. 21795 of 2012 and others.

By Common Judgment dated 09-11-2018, a learned Coordinate Bench had already dismissed those writ petitions. Therefore, the present writ petition is also dismissed on the same terms.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
