Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh). 2.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not effecting mutating in the name of the petitioners in revenue records, issuing title deeds cum E-Pass Books, in pursuance to the application made through Mee Seva, dated 07.12.2017, in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.0.25 cents in Survey No.154, situated at Gedellanka, H/ o.Komanapalli village, Mummidivaram Mandal, East Godavari District.

Though various grounds are raised in the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application dated 07.12.2017, made by the petitioners, seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the same would be

considered in accordance with law, at the earliest, if the petitioners are entitled.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to dispose of the application dated 07.12.2017, made by the petitioners, seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records, in respect of the above said lands, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if the petitioners are otherwise entitled.
