HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 908 of 2016 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the orders of this Court passed in WPMP No.26754 of 2015 in WP No.20772 of 2015, dated 09.07.2015.

2. Though the Regional Joint Commissioner, Endowments Department, kakinada, passed an order on 10.08.2015, now the Executive Officer of Gollapudi Group Temples, Gollapudi, Krishna District, passed an order on 30.06.2016 implementing the orders of this Court and admitting the petitioner into service with effect from 30.06.2016. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the Contempt Case.

3. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
