This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.190 of 2016 from the file of the Principal Family Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, and transfer the same to the file of the Additional Family Court at Hyderabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with a liberty to file a similar type of petition before the Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
