THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12944 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.7 seeking anticipatory bail in crime No.160 of 2015 on the file of the Mahabubabad Town Police Station, Mahabubabad, Warangal District, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 468, 471 IPC.

Heard and perused.

The allegation against the petitioner herein is that the petitioner and the other accused created fake pattadar pass books and computer pass books by forging the signatures of officials and approached the bank authorities for obtaining loans.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he is innocent and as such, prays this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into consideration the seriousness of the offences, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
