Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh). 2.
With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to renew the Notary and Certificate of Practice of the petitioner, for a further period of five years at Mangalagiri, Guntur District. 4.
Learned Government Pleader states that the Deputy Inspector General, Ongole, is the competent authority to renew the Certificate of Notary, as per the Government's instruction issued by Revenue (REGN-II) Department Memo dated 27.06.2018. According to him, the petitioner has to submit his records of notary for inspection of District Registrar, who after inspecting the same would submit an audit report to Deputy Inspector General, Ongole, with a recommendation for renewal of Notary for a further period.

In view of the above, the petitioner shall submit his records for inspection before the District Registrar, Guntur, in which
event the same shall be processed in accordance with the law, for renewal of the Certificate of Notary.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 7.
