SKK,J Crl.P_16067_2016 O R D E R:- This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Crime No.76 of 2016 of B.N. Kandriga Police Station, B.N. Kandriga Mandal, Chittoor District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material placed on record.

Keeping in view the serious accusations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
