This Crinrinal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking direction to the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court at Banswada to dispose of the C.C.No. L63 of 2022. Under Section 309 Cr.P.C a criminal case has to go on a day to day basis till its completion. However, due to pendency of the cases, it is not practically possible. However, it is directed that the Judicial Firs: Class Magistrate Court, Banswada shall conclude the trial within a period of six months.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
