THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9576 OF 2017 ORDER:
The petitioners are A4 to A6 of C.C.No.229 of 2016, pending on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.
A1 is the husband of the 2nd respondent - defacto complainant and there are in all six accused, including the petitioners and the petitioners are brother in law and sister of A1 and A2 is mother of A1, A3 is father of A1, A4 is another sister of A1.

It is the submission that all the accused are appearing before the trial court and the matter may be referred as per the directions of the Hon'ble Apex Court dated 27.07.2017 in Crl.A.No.1265 of 2017 (SLP (Crl.) No.2013 of 2017 in Rajesh Sharma & Others Vs. State of U.P. & another).

Having regard to the above, this criminal petition is disposed of, as A1 to A3 are not here to refer the matter, but for to direct the trial court to refer the matter as per the expression of Hon'ble Apex Court referred supra. All further defenses of the petitioners are left open.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
