ORDER
Challenging the inaction of respondent No.2 in registering the complaint dated 25.10.2016 lodged by the petitioner against the 3rd respondent, the present writ petition is filed. A counter-affidavit is filed on behalf of respondents 1 and 2, which reads as under:
"It is submitted that the petitioner has given representation dated 25.10.2016 to the Superintendent of Police, Prakasam District on 1.11.2016. Thereupon, the said representation was forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Singarayakonda Circle, Prakasam District, for enquiry and report vide N.Dis.5908/A13-Gen/2016, dt 2.11.2016. In compliance of the orders of the Superintendent of Police, Prakasam District, the Inspector of Police, Singarayakonda Circle, has conducted enquiry into the allegations made by the petitioner in the representation dt. 25.10.2016 and submitted the report dated 30.12.2016, wherein it was disclosed that the petitioner is accused No.2, in Cr.No.91/2016 dt.23.10.
2016, under sections 447, 434 r/w 34 IPC registered on the file of the Kondapi Police Station, basing on the complaint of one Thanikonda Venkateswarlu, wherein after serving Section 41-A CR.P.C. notice, dt.29.10.2016 on the petitioner, his presence was secured on 29.10.2016 for the purpose of investigation. After completion of investigation, the charge sheet was filed in Cr.No.91/2016 on 24.11.2016 and the same is presently pending trial vide CC.No.799/2016 on the file of the AJFCM Court, Kandukur."
In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
