This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ 2nd defendant, assailing the order, dated 19.11.2014, of the learned XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nandigama, passed in I.A.No.1081 of 2014 in O.S.No.109 of 2013.

There is no representation for the petitioner/ 2nd defendant. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the trial Court dismissed the suit as not pressed on 18.03.2015. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
