HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No. 23683 of 2013 O R D E R:- The petitioner prays for quashing F.I.R.No. 36 of 2013 registered on 14.02.2013.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the 6th respondent filed charge sheet on 25.11.2013 in C.C.No. 591 of 2013 and on trail, the accused were acquitted.

Placing the above details on record, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
