When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the suspension order, which is the subject matter of challenge in the writ petition, led to passing of the final order in the absence of grant of stay by this Court. It is further stated that as against the final order, an appeal is filed and the same is dismissed.

In view of the said submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available under law.
