In this Writ Petition, petitioner is questioning the order of the 2nd respondent suspending his Fair Price Shop Dealership authorization by proceedings dt.27.03.2015.

2. The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies has placed before me proceedings RC.No.137/2015-B, dt.18.01.2016 of the 2nd respondent restoring the petitioner's Fair Price Shop Dealership authorization by withdrawing the order of suspension.

3. Therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication and is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
