Judgment:

This Appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 1502-2010, in OS.No.26 of 1999, on the file of the Court of the learned I Additional District Judge, Nellore.

Mr.P.Radhive Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellant, has addressed letter, dated 06-04-2015, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, stating that, by letter, dated 01-03-2015, the appellant has requested him to withdraw the appeal as the dispute between the parties has been settled and that, therefore, the appeal be posted under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant has reiterated his request.

In view of the same, this Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
