Petitioner, who is A10 in Cr.No.105 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Begum Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 r/w 511 IPC and Section 5 r/w 7 of Specified Bank Notes (Cessation of Liabilities) Act, 2017, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
