This contempt case(TR) is fited seeking to punish the respondents under Sections 10 to 72 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for deliberate and willful disobedience of the order in O.A.No.5182 of 2O15, dated 0g.O9.2O15. 2.

When tl-re matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government pleader for Services_Il submits that, the respondents implemented the orders passed by the A.p.A.T in O.A.No.S182 of 2015, dated 08.09.2015.

[n view of the above submission, the cause in the contempt case(TR) does not survive.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case(TR) is closed. No Costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
