This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 20.09.2021, passed by this Court in W.P.No.2138 of 2021.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has filed another writ petition being W.P.No.29025 of 2021 and that he is willing to withdraw the same and file an online application afresh through Dharani Portal ventilating his grievance.

Having regard to the above made submission, this Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to file an online application afresh through Dharani Portal, ventilating his grievance, after withdrawal of W.P.No.29025 of 2021. On such application being filed, the authorities concerned shall consider the same and pass necessary orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereof.
