HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 14011 of 2014 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/accused seeks to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 9 of 2013 of Atmakur (M) Police Station, Nalgonda Urban, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 467,468 & 471 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 05.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Atmakur Police Station, Nalgonda District and submitted that investigation is completed and charge sheet was filed before Judicial First Class Magistrate and CC is numbered and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 9 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
