Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, appearing for the first respondent, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 respectively, apart from perusing the entire material available on record. The non-consideration of the representation, dated 11.05.2018 (acknowledged by the respondents on 14.05.2018), of the petitioner herein, is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.
The said representation refers to the pendency of S.A.No.146 of 2018.
During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the unofficial respondent No.5 has brought to the notice of this Court that the said Second Appeal also came to be dismissed by way of a judgment of this Court, dated 03.08.2018. A copy of the same is placed on record.
An order passed in W.P.No.20971 of 2018 is also placed on record, wherein this Court, while dismissing the Writ Petition, kept it open for the petitioner to avail the remedies under law.
In view of the same, no relief, in this Writ Petition, can be granted.
Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
