11.11.2025 SK, J The respondent No.3/Joint Sub-Registrar, R.O (O.B), Rangareddy District has appeared in person and identified his signature on the different proceedings issued by him on same date i.e., on 24.10.2025 with impugned endorsement numbers in present writ petitions and also in the impugned order passed in the earlier writ petitions i.e., W.P.Nos.32905, 32852, 32865, 32884 and 32856 of 2025 and submits that he mistakenly issued two different proceedings on the same date with same endorsement numbers in the above said writ petitions and seeks time to file affidavit to that effect.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks time to get instructions with regard to the non-mentioning of the earlier writ petitions and also the impugned orders passed in earlier writ petitions.
