Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring Memo No.25216/ ULC(1)/ 2015, dated 19.01.2016 passed by the first respondent in rejecting the application of the petitioners for regularization of their house plots in Survey No.13/ P, situated at Alwal Village, the then Malkajgiri Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary'. 4.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that their representation dated 22.11.2016 made to the Principal Secretary, Revenue (ULC) Department, Government Telangana, Secretariat, Hyderabad along with linked documents seeking reconsideration of their application, may be considered in accordance with law.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the respondent-authorities may be directed to deal with the said representation, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Principal Secretary to consider the representation dated 22.11.2016 and all the documents filed along with the representation made by the petitioners seeking reconsideration of their applications which were rejected vide Memo No.25216/ ULC (1)/ 2015, dated 19.01.2016, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
