HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12611 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondent No. 4 in registering the document No.572 of 1970 dated 21.03.1970 to an extent of Ac.5-00 in favour of Sadu Alayam, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Admittedly, petitioner has effective alternate remedy under Section 31 of Specific Relief Act and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, the Civil Court shall decide the matter on merits, without being influenced by the order passed by this Court. No costs.
