Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that charge sheet already filed by the police and numbered as C.C.Nos.425 and 390 of 2018 respectively.

Accordingly, both the writ petitions are closed, by giving liberty to file fresh petitions impugning the police investigation and cognizance order with Part-II case diary if at all chooses. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in both the writ petitions. No costs.
