Complaining the action of respondents in taking action in Rc.No.S3/ 00388/ RR-A/ SC/ 2013 dated 23.01.2013 issued by the Officer on Special Duty, A.P., State Commission of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, Hyderabad is canvassed in this writ petition.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that respondents have already registered a crime and taken up investigation. The statement is placed on record. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall no order as to costs.
