ORDER

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 25.06.2015 in W.P.M.P.No.22710 of 2015 in W.P.No.17538 of 2015. This Court passed the said order suspending the proceedings dated 23.04.2015 issued by the 6th respondent.

Today, at the hearing, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents produced before this Court a copy of the order passed by the Project Officer, Rajiv Vidya Mission (Sarva Siksha Abhiyan) dated 10.9.2016, admitting the petitioner to duty. 3.

In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
