THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.31981 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner complaining non-handing over of the physical possession of the subject Plot bearing no.A1/3 to the petitioner despite Resolution and Proceedings of the concerned Officers of the respondents and the representation, dated 16.04.2018, made by the petitioner for handing over the said plot to the petitioner.

I have heard the submissions of Sri K.Madhava Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; of learned Government Pleader for Agriculture (A.P.), appearing for the respondents 1 to 3; and of Sri Ch.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents 4 & 5. I have perused the material record. 3.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 4 & 5 submits that the subject plot allotted to the petitioner will be handed over to the petitioner within two (02) weeks time. 4.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to hand over the physical possession of the subject plot bearing no.A1/3 to the petitioner, within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, under proper acknowledgement and as per procedure.

There shall be no order as to costs.

MSRM, J W.P.No.31981 of 2018 Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
