HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32076 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh). 2.

With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not mutating the names of the petitioners in the revenue records by issuing pass books in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.01 cents in Survey Nos.86, 90 situated at Zarugumalli (V&M), Prakasam District, despite proceedings in L.Dis.G/2689/2017, dated 07.07.2017, besides application dated 18.06.2018 made by them, as illegal and arbitrary. 4.

Learned Government Pleader, while placing on record the written instructions, admits that orders are not passed on the said representation, till date.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, before whom the application dated 18.06.2018 is pending, to pass appropriate orders, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioners.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
