HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY Writ Petition No. 24837 of 2009 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed assailing the action of the respondents in issuing demand notice No.245/Ad.I/Advt/GHMC-2008-09 dated 26.03.2009 insisting for payment of advertisement fee by the petitioner. This Court, by order dated 17.11.2009 in W.P.M.P.No.32343 of 2009 granted interim order directing the respondents not to collect the advertisement fee from the petitioner's restaurant. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequently the Government has withdrawn the collection of advertisement fee and that no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
