THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.959 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 30.11.2012, passed in Interlocutory Application No.122 of 2012 in Original Suit No.605 of 2011, by the III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, whereby, the petition filed under Order XV-A of Code of Civil Procedure to deposit rents in respect of schedule property from 01.09.2009 to 01.02.2012, was dismissed. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main suit was disposed of on 20.02.2017 by the Court below, as such the revision petition has become infructuous.
