This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 26.6.2012 in I.A. No.452 of 2012 in O.S. No.178 of 2007 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Miryalaguda.

As per the Office note, the suit was decreed on 07.12.2012. In view of the office note, the purpose of filing of revision petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
