This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the notification in R.C.No.C/16/2015 dated 02.05.2016 issued by the second respondent for appointment of fair price shop dealers for shop Nos.5, 9 & 25 of Lakkireddipalli Mandal, YSR Kadapa district, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
