When the matter came up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that the investigating authority filed final report. The petitioner since seeks permission to file fresh petition by taking return of the material, impugning the police final report and cognizance taken by the leaned Magistrate in C.C. No.290 of 2014 on the file of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayatnagar and permitted.
