In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the subject Suit in O.S.No.298 of 2016 on the file of Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was disposed of on 08.07.2019 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said Suit.

Recording the said submission, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
