These Writ Petitions are filed challenging the Memo No.PP.II (1)2085/2005, dated 21.01.2006 and Letter No.PP II(1)2085/2005, dated 21.01.2006 issued by the respondent.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondent.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that the subject matter of these Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the decision of this Court rendered in W.P.Nos.25293 of 2014 and Batch, dated 10.07.2015. Following the decision of this Court in W.P.Nos.25293 of 2014 and Batch, dated 10.07.2015 and for the reasons stated therein, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petitions shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
