Learned Standing Counsel for Andhra Bank would submit that necessary amendment has already been made and the petitioner is now being allowed to appear for the interview on 27.03.2015 at Hyderabad.

Therefore, the petitioner is advised to appear before the Interview Committee constituted at the Head office at 11.00 A.M. on 27.03.2015.

In view of the statement made by the learned Standing Counsel, perhaps, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive any further. The Writ Petition is therefore, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
