THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7774 of 2011 ORDER:

The Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.484 of 2011 on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge, Huzurabad.

Today, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced a copy of letter dated 05.02.2018 addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jammikunta Police Station, Karimnagar District reporting that S.C.No.484 of 2011 was ended in acquittal on 30.11.2017. The copy of letter dated 05.02.2017 is made part of the record and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
