Raji Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shaik Jeelani Basha, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes and, with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.Aggrieved by the failure of the respondents to issue 'E' way bills, the petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court. While Sri K. Raji Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would rely on the judgment of a Division Bench of this Court in Victory Transformers and Switchgears Limited vs.

Commercial Tax Officer[1], it is wholly unnecessary for us to examine this question on its merits, as Sri Shaik Jeelani Basha, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes, on instructions, would fairly state that the respondents would unblock the dealer's account in the website of the Commercial Tax Department during the course of today, and the petitioner can generate 'E' way bills from tomorrow. Sri K. Raji Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that it would suffice if the submission of the learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of. Recording the aforementioned submission of Sri Shaik Jeelani Basha, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes, the writ petition stands disposed of.
