HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9190 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1, 3 to 5 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.585 of 2007 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

2) The 2nd respondent/defacto-complainant and the petitioners/accused in person representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offences. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded to compound the offence by invoking inherent powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the defacto-complainant since present with the accused.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C. No.585 of 2007 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad in respect of the petitioners are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand

closed.
