HON'BLE THE ACTI NG CHI EF JUSTI CE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRI T PETI TI ON No. 26940 OF 2010 ORDER (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Sri Ramesh Ranganathan) The petitioner's grievance in this writ petition is that their application for grant of permission for installation of Roof Top Cell Tower has not been considered by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (for short 'the GHMC').
Sri B. Narayana Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 3 to 14, would submit that these respondents have impleaded themselves as they are neighbours to the said building and are opposing grant of permission of the Cell Tower. We consider it appropriate in such circumstances to dispose of the writ petition directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider the application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law after putting respondents 3 to 14 herein on notice and giving the petitioner and respondents 3 to 14 an opportunity of being heard. The entire exercise, culminating in an order being passed, shall be completed by the GHMC within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
