HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8791 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she made application on 11.07.2011 to the Deputy Surveyor for conducting survey and fixing boundaries in respect of the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.1.00 cents, situated at Sy.No.186/1 in Chandalur Revenue Village, J.Panguluru Mandal of Prakasam District, by paying requisite fee. Thereafter, the Surveyor after issuing notices to the neighboring land owners fixed the date for survey on 07.08.2014, 03.09.2014 and 10.09.2015.

But, the neighbouring land owners have not attended the survey inspite of the aforesaid notices. Thereafter, on 22.09.2015, the Mandal Surveyor has conducted survey in part. Complaining against the action of the surveyor in conducting the survey partly, the petitioner's father has approached the 3rd respondent with a request to complete the survey and determine the boundaries by fixing stones. Basing on the request made by the petitioner's father, the 3rd respondent has issued memo in Rc.No.4/1027/2015, dated 02.02.2016 directing the 4th respondent to submit a report within three days after determining the boundaries. As no action is being taken, petitioner' father approached the 2nd respondent by making a representation and on such representation the 2nd respondent directed the 4th respondent by letter dated 26.04.2016 to take necessary action in the matter and sent a detailed report by

12.04.2016. Inspite of that no action has been taken by the 4th respondent. As such, the petitioner again approached the District Collector and submitted representation dated 7.11.2016. As no is being taken even on this representation, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 3rd and 4th respondents are directed to dispose of the representations of the petitioner, in accordance with law and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
