HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32180 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering with the civil rights of the petitioners over the house property situated in Survey No.135, Kollur Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, and in making them to sit hours together in the police station without there being any complaint or crime and in threatening to file false cases against the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions denying the allegations made by the petitioners. It is also stated in the written instructions that the respondent police never summoned the petitioners to police station nor made them to sit in the police station hours together as alleged; that a crime is registered in respect of the lands in Survey Nos.

135/A and 135/AA of Kollur Village; and that the petitioners were not shown as accused in the said FIR. It is also stated that the presence of the petitioners is not at all required as of now in the above crime.
